Our History

In 1969, North Bay native Robert Lucenti joined the established law firm of two highly respected lawyers. Ernest Loukidelis and Michael G. Bolan. By 1974, Mr. Lucenti became a partner, and the law firm became known as Loukidelis, Bolan and Lucenti. In 1974, Paul Rivard joined the firm. By 1981, Mr. Loukidelis and Mr. Bolan would be appointed to the Superior Court of Ontario and the firm continued to practice as Lucenti and Rivard.

 

In 1984, Mr. Lucenti invited Sandro Orlando to join his firm and by 1988 he became a partner, forming the law firm of Lucenti, Rivard and Orlando.

In 1997, Paul Rivard was appointed to the Superior Court of Ontario and was replaced by Gregory Ellies, forming the law firm of Lucenti, Orlando and Ellies. Mr. Ellies would later continue the rich history of the law firms’ appointments to the Superior Court of Ontario, when he was called to the bench in 2010.

 

In 2009, Mark Lucenti joined the firm, becoming a partner in 2015.

 

In 2017, Ryan Leckie joined the firm, becoming a partner in 2024.

 

Effective March 2021 the firm updated its name from Lucenti, Orlando & Ellies Professional Corporation to Lucenti Orlando Professional Corporation.

 

In 2023, Andrew Forgeron joined the firm, as an associate.

 

In 2024 Gregory J DuCharme joined the firm, as an associate.
