Robert S. Lucenti
Robert S. Lucenti (“Bob”) was born in North Bay to parents Carlo and Amelia Lucenti. He graduated from Scollard Hall Secondary School, acquired his B. A. from the University of Toronto and received his LLB at Osgoode Hall Law School.

In 1969 he joined the firm of Ernest Loukidelis and Michael Bolan to practice in the field of Real Estate, Commercial Law, Wills and Estates and Business Law.
​
As an active member of the community he has served on the Boards of Directors for the North Bay Civic Hospital (now the North Bay Regional Health Centre), the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board, Air Canada , Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, North Bay Golf & Country Club, served as a Councillor for the City of North Bay, served as Chairman of the Downtown Revitalization Committee, Chairman of the Ontario Winter Games and presently Counsel for the North Bay Food Bank

Bob is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Nipissing Law Association, Davedi Club and the North Bay Golf & Country Club.

He is a Partner with Sandro Orlando and Mark Lucenti. Robert is married and has three children.
Sandro L. Orlando
Sandro L. Orlando was born and raised in North Bay and graduated from Scollard Hall in 1972. He attended Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, graduating in 1976.
Sandro has been associated with the law firm in one capacity or another since 1976, when he began as a law clerk with the predecessor firm, Loukidelis, Bolan, Lucenti & Rivard. He attended law school at the University of Windsor and obtained an LLB in 1982 and articled with Lucenti and Rivard.
Following his call to the Bar in 1984, he returned to the firm as a practising lawyer. Sandro’s main areas of practice include Real Estate Law, both residential and commercial, Corporate, Wills and Estates and Commercial/Business Law. Sandro has been actively involved in the sporting community in the City of North Bay and was inducted in The North Bay Sports Hall of Fame in 1999. He has also coached minor hockey and high school hockey for many years.
In addition, he has served as a Director for the following organizations/clubs: YES Employment, Davedi Club, North Bay Golf & Country Club, Coach 4 Food Inc. and North Bay Sports Hall of Fame.
Mark C. Lucenti
Mark is a partner at Lucenti, Orlando and Ellies and practices in the areas of Real Estate, Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Corporate and Commercial Law.
Mark was born and raised in North Bay and graduated from St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Secondary School. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Honours History from the University of Western Ontario, and attended Law School at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia where he graduated with Honours.
Mark returned home following law school, where he articled with his present firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009. Prior to practicing law, Mark was an employment counsellor with YES Employment Services Inc. In his spare time, Mark enjoys golfing, hockey, tennis, baseball and travelling.
Mark is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Nipissing Law Association, the Nipissing Collaborative Family Law Association, and the Davedi Club. He serves as president for the North Bay Golf and Country Club.
Mark is married to Leslie and has 2 wonderful children Halle and Jack.
Ryan Leckie
Ryan Leckie was born and raised in North Bay where he graduated from West Ferris Secondary School in 2009. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Law at Carleton University in Ottawa in 2013 where he also captained the varsity golf team. Ryan then moved to Toronto, where he graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016.
Looking for an opportunity to return to his northern roots, Ryan worked as a summer student and completed his articles at Lucenti, Orlando & Ellies. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017 and returned to the firm as an associate that year. Ryan practices in the areas of Family Law, Child Protection, Corporate Commercial, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys golfing, fishing and following Boston sports teams. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Nipissing Law Association and the North Bay Golf and Country Club. Ryan also serves on the Board of Directors for KidSport North Bay and the Nipissing Law Association.
Gregory DuCharme
Greg is an associate at Lucenti Orlando and practices in the areas of Taxation Law, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, and Estate Planning.

Greg was born and raised in Sudbury and graduated from St Charles College in 1979. He studied Mathematics at University of Western Ontario and at the age of 20 was admitted into Law School at Western. Concurrently with his law studies he completed all of the university educational requirements for the CPA designation. Upon graduation he worked for 6 years for a national accounting firm attaining the title of Tax Manager. During this time he completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants 3 year in-depth Tax Program.

The most significant part of Greg's practice is in the field of Taxation - both in dispute resolution with CRA (ie: Tax Court of Canada) as well as Tax Planning. Collateral work is carried out in Bankruptcy, Corporate Law, and Estate Planning.

Greg has dedicated much of his personal time to community service and has held the following positions; President of the Nipissing Law Association, Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of Nipissing University, Vice President of the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce, President of a Federal Political Riding Association, Director of Health Sciences North (Sudbury Regional Hospital), Director of Canadian Cancer Society (North Bay chapter). In 2000 Greg was selected by Canada Revenue Agency for a 2-year term on the Canada Revenue Agency Appeals Advisory Committee where he made recommendations to national protocol in Tax Dispute Adjudication.

Greg is married and has three adult children.

Andrew Forgeron
Andrew is an Associate at Lucenti Orlando and practices in the areas of Estate Litigation, Employment Law, Not for Profit & Charities Law, Construction Law and Creditors Rights.
Andrew was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in marketing management from the University of Guelph in 2019. After spending a year in Toronto working at the Canadian Standards Association, Andrew moved to Thunder Bay, where he attended the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law. Andrew completed his Practice Placement with a law firm in his hometown before graduating in 2023.
Andrew moved to North Bay to join Lucenti Orlando Professional Corporation. He was called to the Bar in 2023.
